The Inspiration Challenge this week was to pick a painting from the Glenda Mosher art gallery http://glendamosher.blogspot.com/ and be inspired. Well, I personally loved all her art and it was very difficult to choose. In the end, I chose Tea For One by Glenda Mosher mostly because I love tea and the beautiful painting seemed so warm and calming to me. http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_cs8m3nvLuW...one+take+2.jpg I hope I was true to Glenda's beautiful colors. BTW, you all know Glenda on SCS as RobinRingtail - RobinRingtail's Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I always get such pleasure when I am able to use a scrap that might normally be thrown away. Today, I was able to use a piece of the patterned bellyband that was wrapped around some Paper Trey Ink stamps that I purchased. If you look close, you will see that my chair is paper-pieced with that scrap of patterned paper I added some shading to the chair to make it look like a much loved place to sit and enjoy the tea. The teacup is three images stacked for dimension and the dog is popped up on dimensionals. The images and shadows were colored using Magic Gamsol Technique and the oval background was done with a Copic Airbrush, using the Spellbinder oval as a stencil. I really do like how this came together. Thanks for the inspiration, Glenda Mosher!
I'll put this card in my stash and decide what sentiment to use later when I need it
I hope you like my interpretation and thanks for looking.
ETA: Sorry, I guess I'm not good at posting *pretty* links so I've gone back and changed them. Hopefully these will work now.

My oh my, what a pretty card Cindy. Love the teacup on the armchair and the dog laying near. Beautiful inspiration, I love it and good for you for using scraps. TFS
