I love the shabby chic look and this color combination is perfect for a masculine or feminine birthday! Having the jumbled numbers on both the card and the envelope means it can be for any age.

I LOVE this card. Did you run crimped paper in both directions?? Neat. And the tie with the hemp, you've given it some weight that makes it look more substantial. I love the shabby chic look too. I am so inspired by your card! Thank-you for sharing!!

This was fun AND easy. Just think, we're told not to be messy and be careful of smudges, and look how cool smudging can be! I did run cardstock through the crimper in opposite directions and then took the cardstock piece and rubbed it onto the ink pad.
I forgot to mention another use for this card is for anniversaries!
