Let the party begin....this card is for MotherMark's TeaParty Challenge....I look forward to this all week, it is so much fun!! You can check it out here:
It also qualifies for this weeks Colour Challenge...I enjoyed using these colours, found the yellow easier to use that I thought I would.....and then there is the Flourishes Challenge....I have used ribbon, wider than I normally would...but have enjoyed that too, usually I stick to the much thinner stuff!
This little Australian Mouse is ready to party and has even brought a supply of strawberries along, although I do notice that one of them has come under ' Quality Control' already - never mind...smother it with cream and give it to Peggy, she won't mind!!
This card is a combined effort - the mouse was part of a RAK from the lovely Dawn (aka flowergal), the strawberries from darling Darla Ryan, the paper from Melinda80 and the CBed Corners from Lesley (aka Marleygo)!! I love these combined cards - I couldn't do it without you girks - nor would I want to!!!
While strolling through the party I did notice that Dawn has brought his American Cousin - I hope they behave themselves - you know what these ' family gatherings' can be like!! LOL!!!
Who is pouring the tea - I is parched Honeychild...I had a big journey to get here - had to go back a day in time....and that is thirsty work....milk no sugar thanks!!!
Thanks for looking, I always enjoy your comments...maybe I will see you there!

Okay so you think I can shovel the used strawberries to me huh...Okay! I'll eat anything these days.
Pretty card Linda, don't you just love that strawberry heart, I love that you thought of taking a piece out of the strawberry, hope it wasn't Ron now. LOL There was no chocolate on it, so it can't be him.
Beautiful challenges, you are a winner! TFS Linda dear.

Hey, glad you could make it! OMG! This is so cute! I love that little image of the Austrailian mouse and the glaze on your strawbabies is wonderful. I am surprised they made it this far, even though someone got a start on chomping one down! This is so precious!
It becomes very evident to me now what has happened! I wondered why I have intimidated little mice hanging out in my cookie jar and its not cuz they are looking for cookies! Its become quite a fiasco, keeping the different nationalities of mice separated and on good terms! Even Bad Charlie is not behaving as he normally does and he even has a full belly!
Thanks for coming and bringing this fun little card! I love that is was such a joint effort with you and all of your friends! It rocks! I look forward to Tuesdays too! Thanks for the link!

OMGosh, this is so cute!! The bite out of the strawberry is great, and I'm not surprised, since the mice seem to be running away with the strawberries this week!! Luckily, there are alot of strawberries to go around!
I love how you used all the RAKs, and combined challenges! I still have to come up with the color challenge card this week...
Oh, and I love the napkin prop! Not really sure if it a napkin, or if you stamped it, but it looks great!

I am so glad you used this image. At least my mouse behaves and has proper manners. He would never leave a half bitten strawberry for the others. He has been out with the flu along with another tea party goer. Hope he can hang on for the entire party. He may have to visit Cindy's outhouse. LOL. Super job Linda. Love it.....

How cute. I did notice the family resemblance to Dawn's mousie. I love how you have the berry with the bite taken out. I am wondering if that berry is one of those that looks good on the outside, but is really tart. Since your mousie didn't eat the whole thing I am suspicious that that is the case.

How berry nice! Your glazed strawberries look delish even if they've been nibbled on. And your mouse is so cute no matter where he came from. Lovely tea party card.
