I love the ribbon frame Lynn brought us today for the technique challenge. And thanks to Claire for the instructions. Lovely!
I used markers to ink my stamp. I stamped the 2nd stage and clear embossed it. I distressed the edges of the image with my fingernails, and then attached it to the brown mat. I used the end of my roll of this gorgeous satin ribbon. Luckily I have another roll! Whew! The main card base is embossed with a Sizzix embossing folder my sweet friend Terri sent me. Thanks my friend.

That was very smart of you to do a narrower frame so you could use the slot punch! I tried to get mine to fit...and NO!! Had to use a craft knife! The ribbon is gorgeous, and having another roll takes some of the pain out of it!! Great job, Karen...I love these colors together (even if there is no RED!).

Perfect! Love, love the pink and brown and your coloring is terrific. Love the frame under the ribbon and the textured background.
