This clock is made from an old 78 record album I found in a junk shop. I liked the size and the extra thickness of it compared to a regular album. I first painted a coat of white acrylic paint then I added color w/ inks (mostly Brilliance inks) and heat set between additions. Then I stamped images w/ the inks. I finished it w/ a couple of clear coats sprayed on. The numbers are stick ons. I also painted the clock hand and added a rim of silver w/ a Krylon pen (before the clear coat. TFL

WOW, I love this altered record! The scene of outerspace is fabulous. I just love this original idea for a clock. Will spruce up any area in the house. TFS Julie.

REALLY COOL!! I just love the outer space theme on a clock; something ironic about it, since in space there is no time as we know it! No clocks to keep us on schedule, no appointments to keep, etc. LOVE IT!
