For todays Frugal Challenge I used a left over ribbon remnant, non matching left over brads, and even an image stamped at a friends' home. How cheap am I? Pretty darn cheap and I like it that way, it's just how I roll!

Judy, what a cute little turtle image. I love how you have him colored. I love the different colored brads on your flowers. The flowers that the little guy is holding, I think he is taking home to his wife, because he was out late with the guys. He got her the flowers, but was still feeling a little tipsy. That is how he ended upside down.
