I couldnt find a rubber band in the house...So being inventive I took the edge of my MS punch, smooched it into the versamark pad and stamped it on my cardstock. I then used the retired light blue embossing powder from SU, sponged with soft subtles and created the backgound.
The image is a Rachell Anne Miller that I received from Sandy Gally as a Wish-Rak.

Aren't you clever to find another way to do the technique! Love the soft colors of your background and the adorable main image.

Clever way round no elastic bands. I have to admit that a fair few of mine were so old that they were perished and snapped as I put them round the block, LOL.
Makes a great colourful background for those zany frogs. I love their bulging eyes.
