My 1st VSN a card a guy would send to a woman.
Well I'm a guy and my wife qualifys on the other count so I'm in!
Used a background stamp, stamped off, with vanilla paper and then stamped once more to have a portion to xacto and pop. Then used an edge punch on the kraft to make the tea stained lace edge. A corner punch for the "ribbon" and some silver heart brads for the finish. ( yes, they are brads)
Thanks for the challenge, it was fun playing along!
TFL!

Very elegant, thoughtful, and nice looking card for a guy. How fun for your wife to have you join her on VSN......well, as long as you didn't get in her way, right. Fun, TFS.

Mr Buckle, you never cease to amaze me with your beautiful cards!! You are truly one of a kind - and I mean that is the best of ways! This is simply lovely !!!! Isn't Pat a fortunate woman to have you - but I think that goes both ways.. and for me... silly old Yakky - this is a really sentimental post! ;) Happy for both of you!

I think I'll send this as an e-card to my dh. He might want to join me in the next VSN. He's made me plenty of cards, actually!
I am totally impressed with your x-acto skills on your popped flowers.
Very cool card, and I especially like the sentiment. I think it was a perfect choice for this challenge.
