For this VSN challenge, I needed to use something that I had either recently gotten in the last couple of months, and/or items that I had been hoarding because I loved them so much I didn't want to use them up. I have both here....
The new items are the Haiku paper and the petal pizazz flower and leaves. The hoarding item is the filigree brads (which I LOVE), but haven't used yet (how crazy is that?).
Anyhow, I'm glad to have finally broken the packaging open on the paper and the brads---now I'll have to use them!
I used the chalkboard technique for the flower and the leaves, and then cut them out and framed with scalloped blossoms in the tangerine tango. Then, the paper took over. At the very end, I used the white gel pen to highlight a bit.
What do you think?

Very pretty! I love the flower you made and the colors are just great! Thanks for playing!
