I change it from a girl onesie to a boy onesie. I made the sleeves straight with navy trim and faux stitching. I eliminated the bib and bow but stamped and cut out the sail boat from the Life's a Breeze set. I used circle punches to make the trim around the leg holes and the neck. I used brads instead of eyelets.
One of my ladies is due next month to have a little boy. She wanted some suggestions about how to make a cute birth announcement. This is one of my suggestions. If you're going to be making a lot of these, I think the brads at the bottom would be easier than eyelets. Thanks for taking a peek!!

I went to bed last night dreaming of this card. You beat me to it - your's is much better than I could ever have done. Back to the thinking tank!!! I like the navy blue *accent trims* on your onsie! That image is adorable too!

This is ADORABLE! I like the sailboat too. It reminds me of one of kids baby outfits when they were little. Very cute!
