For this card, I wanted to use the baby buggy stamp. I thought the vintage feel would go well with the stamp, so I decided to try the cracked glass technique... I'm still not sure how much I love it. It's for my mom to give a friend... I guess it doesn't matter if I like it, it's if SHE likes it lol
For the main panel, I stamped the buggy image, the tree on the left, and the branches on top before watercoloring them and clear embossing them. I then stamped the background trees and covered the entire surface of the image with versamark and embossed with crystal glaze enamel. I stuck it in the freezer for a couple minutes and when it came out gave it a good cracklin' and voila!!! cracked glass!!
I used a white gel pen for the faux stitching.
The sentiment was done with an alphabet set I got at hobby lobby, Sorry don't know the brand.

LOVE LOVE this card! I recently bought that buggy stamp.
I had no idea how I was going to use it..now I do! Just need a few tree stamps!
TFS this georgeous card.
Love the baby buggy and tree! Where did you get the stamps. I would like to purchase these stamps for my collection, which I am starting over since Hurricane Gustav destroyed my home.
