Today's Featured Stamper is Vicky Gould. Omygosh, what a collection of cards I wanted to case. Actually have 4 I cut & pasted to peruse later this afternoon as well, but for now, This Card is the one I cased.
Kept the vintage feel
Kept the corner embellishments
Kept the ribbon (just moved it)
Different image
Different layout (I rotated mine)
Different color scheme.
Image stamped on a creamy textured cardstock then colored with prismas and gamsol. Distressed the edges the rubbed tea dye ink around the edges, bringing some of it into the center to 'age' the paper. Matted on Navy, distressing the edges same way.
I added corner punches in chocolate and navy with 3 brads each at opposite corners here, then popped up on dimensionals.
Base is chocolate with 2-unk dp's cut at the diagonal. Finished off with a chocolate colored grosgrain ribbon.
I think it looks pretty cool. Thanks for looking.

Beautiful card! I am too chicken to try this, but love what you have done. Wonderful case!
