Our Doubledog Dare challenge this week was hosted by Charlene aka LilLuvsStampin! She dared us to make a card using punches, at least one background stamp, and NO DP!!
The Doubledog Dares are now open to ANYONE!! We would LOVE to see your interpretation of our challenges!! Whenever you see any of the cards posted, the challenge info will be in the recipe of the card. Feel free to jump in and make a card for the Doubledog Dare Gallery. There's no time limit, just be sure to use "DDC" as one of your keywords so we can check out your work! (Click on the DDC link to see all the cards in the DDC gallery!)
The background of this card was made with multiple colors of Mica Glass Metalic Effects ink brayered onto CS. The teeny flowers were punched from CS that had been stamped with En Francais background stamp and hand sewn onto the tree with Scrapworks Waxy Flax. Come see how on My Blog!

Hand-sewn! ZOWEE! I can't even SEE the eye of a needle anymore! WOW! I really can, but if it was known, I might have to sew! In one of my past lives I was a dressmaker, with a big fancy expensive machine (I am giving it to my DD next week...I only use it for paper. Is that sick????!!!) Back to the matter at hand...I LOVE this card...the colors are fab, and those flowers are awesome!!!
