This is a card I made for Cindy's (Mothermark) Tea Pot Tuesday challenge - to make a card inspired by one of her fantastic teapots. You can read about it here and see today's darling Valentine's Day teapot: http://mothermark.blogspot.com/2009/...uesday-29.html
This is super simple! I stamped the tiny hearts with Versamark onto GP White and embossed with Black EP. Colored them in with a red Copic marker, cut them out and popped them up on pop-dots over a Pink Pirouette panel CBed with Swiss Dots. Layered this onto Black CS.
I CBed the white base card with the Floral Fantasy folder, but I put craft sticks between the plates so it would only emboss around the edges (loosely adapted from: http://indigoinklings.blogspot.com/2...bug-users.html
I then scored a frame with my Scor-Pal. Put the heart panel inside the frame and that was it!
Thanks, Cindy, for the invitation to your tea party! It was a delight, as always!

This is the neatest card. Thank you for sharing the details about the embossing of the background. I have seen it before but had no clue how it was done. TFS

Well, you have taught all of the tea party guests a new technique. TFS.
Your frame is so effective. I think you deserve an extra crumpet. What exactly is a crumpet lol?!
