this card is for this week's technique and color challenges as well as an older sketch challenge. I laid down strips of tacky tape randomly onto each color of the cardstock (and added glue dots to the blue too) and then applied my glitter. I tried to match the glitter to the cardstock execpt for the orange as I do not have orange glitter, so there I used a clear glitter. I then used my 1 3/8 square punch on the pages but moved the punch around so the stripes would go different directions on the squares. Finally (for this part!) I added white layers behind each square.
For the center image I took my unmounted daisy from the both way blossoms set and put it onto my block with tack and peel to get it to keep the rounded shape. I added the sentiment to the center and stamped it all at the same time (love my unmounted stamps!) I colored in the leaves and center with the colors from the challenge and added stickles to the petals for more glitter.
Thanks for looking!
Kathryn
