Using some of my much maligned "hoarded wood" I made these three items for my DW. The ink rack was most time consuming and labor intensive. It turned out to be very industrial in it's strength. The ribbon rack and punch storage were much quicker, taking only several hours each. Only the dowel rods had to be purchased. Less than $10 total.

I sure am lucky and he has just been such a sweetie to take part of his Christmas vacation to build these. Now I have more space AND that means more shopping!!! heh heh!

Yikes, there's more? Wow, is this DW ever one lucky lady. I see this one has been favorited 5 times. No, unfortunately, I'm not one of those 5: My DH couldnt build this if he went to carpenter's school for 15 months! This is really amazing. Great work on both projects! See, you said you'd use that wood someday, and I guess that day has arrived. Good for DW.

This is fantastic. It sure puts my plastic storage boxes to shame! Sigh........it must be wonderful to have a 'handy' DH. I know Christine appreciates it very much.

Your wife is one very lucky lady. Great job creating lots of spaces for ink, ribbon and punches. I'm sure they will be filled up soon. TFS
PS - I'm going to show my hubby these and guilt him into making some for me...hehehehe
