Ok, so I am addicted to making these coasters. Only a few supplies and you have a great gift for co-workers, friends, teachers, etc. Thanks Ginger for the inspiration!!
One napkin (from a $1.00 pack) makes a set of coasters - 4! Each tile cost $0.42. Talk about inexpensive!

Hi All! Thanks for looking and all the kind words!
Here are my simple instructions:
There are a ton of links from the gallery to member blogs - I just read a bunch and did my version.
So simple:
Tumbled tiles (Lowe's, Home Depot - @ 0.42/each) - you want the tumbled ones because that is what gives the "rough" look!
Cocktail/lunch size napkins - I bought all mine at the grocery store in the dollar bin - all mine are 4 sided, so I was able to make 4 coasters from one napkin!
ModgePodge - craft store sells this, WalMart too!
Foam Brush
Clear Sealer
Directions: All I did was place the image on the tile, traced around the tile, to get a nice fit. Cut it out and used my round corner punch for the corners. I pulled apart the napkin to have only 1-ply. Next, put a light coat of the modgepodge on the tile then place the napkin on the tile. I used my fingers to smooth it out and then place another coat, carefully, on top of the napkin. Once dried, I used some glitter gel pens to highlight some areas and then sprayed the entire tile with a clear coat sealer (I found one at Michael's).
Felt on the bottom and that is it.
Hope that explains it well. Any questions, please feel free to ask.
