This card is from the Featured Stamper Challenge with Wendybell. I loved going through her gallery b/c my MIL is a butterfly enthusiast and I needed to make a card for her birthday this week.
I totally LOVE how she used markers to color this background stamp. It takes awhile to do, but the effort is so worth it. Of course I had to color mine twice, b/c I smudged the first one! Thankfully the second try came out okay.
I just love how Wendy made her card in red b/c that's my favorite color. I changed mine to purple b/c that's my MIL's fave color.
I liked the scallops, but I don't have that nestabilities die. So, I punched out a couple rows of scallops with my slit punch and layered them on top of each other.
Wendy added glitter on her window frame. I added glitter on the flowers and butterflies with my two-way glue pen and around the oval frame with the xyron. That little bit of sparkle really livens up the card.

this is so fresh and pretty. I had wallpaper in my master bath that looked almost like your card - we remodeled to reflect a more manly room - I miss my wallpaper. Into my faves your card goes so that I can enjoy your lovely creation!

Wonderful colors! Your coloring of the stamp is lovely, and the yellow butterflies are just the right touch! Great job.
