I received this cute snowman from WishRAK quite a while ago. He was in my shoebox of images, and he seemed to have fallen out of the envelope. I believe he is a Karen Lockhart image (if I am wrong, please correct me).
Colored him with my Bic-Mark-Its, added some stardust stickles (which I seem to use the most) and layered him on Not Quite Navy. The bg swirls is a snow swirls bg stamp from Great Impression white embossed on glossy white and sponged with different shades of blue (in my stash of half finished/started cards -- so not quite sure what colors now). It is they layered on white, ballet blue, and the base of not quite navy. The sentiment is also a Great Impressions stamp stamped on a tag in not quite navy, sponged with ballet blue, and glittered up a little with some more of those stardust stickles!! I hope I have captured the sparkle a bit in the photo. It really shines!
Thanks so much for the challenge, StampNKat. It was FUN!

Perfect! Well actually, it's more than perfect. It's the greatest with those colors. Fabulous coloring and just perfect design and colors for this guy! What a precious card.
