This little Happy Hopper is the cutest little thing - one of my favourites, I think! He was the first HH I was introduced to (thanks to Hannah aka bubblefrog) I thought blue was the way for me to go...especially with the bubbles. I used chalks (no surprise really!) and then highlighted the bubbles with a good old fashioned coloured pencil - remember those!!!
I used a corner rounder on both the image and the card he is layered on. The Divine Swirls CB EF was my choice as background, always makes me think of wave and water. Flowers, buttons and brads finished off the card nicely along with black and white gingham ribbon, I love the contrast with the blue...makes it 'pop' a bit more. Thanks so much for looking!

Did you know we are neighbors in the gallery? Yeap, I'm right next to you even though you are in Australia and I am in Alaska. Beautiful card my friend. TFS!
