This is for TLC 191 pinks and twinks (thanks Lynn for letting us post even without the twinks!).
This card is for a friend from church battling breast cancer...she's had over 5 rounds of chemo so far, with surgery and radiation still to come. Last night I did the stamping and watercoloring. Tonight I did the rest. After I used the cuttlebug paisley embossing folder, I used the nestabilities oval for the hole. Then I mounted the cut oval on another piece of CS and attached the cut flowers. I then mounted that to the inside of the cover, hoping to create a little bit of a diarama look - however I think the dimensionals I used were too thin - I should have doubled them (but I am mailing the card so maybe it's just as well). I used the piercing tool on the scallop frame and drew in the faux stitching before adding it to the card. More cut flowers and leaves went on top, and I finally added glitter to the stamens (which you can see if you enlarge the photo enough).
My prayers go out to all who have, are, or will battle breast cancer. Many hugs to you! What a horrid disease... it's great that SCS encourages all to get involved and care for one another.

UPDATE - Please look!!
In the middle of the night I woke up and realized this card is totally missing something!!! A bow!!!! So I used my bone folder to gently open the envelope flap (since it was stamped and ready to mail) to add the all important PINK BOW!! Whew! Mission accomplished. Now it can be mailed.
