This little card was "quilted" with Memory Box designed paper called "Twiggy". I punched 9 squares with a 1-3/8" punch and adhered them from the center back onto a sheet of Very Vanilla card stock. Next, I stitched the perimeter and inside edges of each quilt square with my sewing machine in zigzag mode. I cut the label and punched the 1" tag out of the SU white Naturals and matted both onto Ruby Red. The stiched ribbon is SU Close to Cocoa gros grain and the acorn and sentiment are from Michael's dollar bin. I mounted the quilted square onto a base of Ruby Red. The perimeter of both tags is pierced with a paper piercing stylus and faux stitched with the SU Chocolate Chip marker. THe edges of both tags were distressed with a sponge and Ranger Distres Ink. In restrospect, I think I should have inked the edges of the quilt too.
