First, let me say thank you to Flowergal36, her card inspired me to try this batik technique with fall colors and get out some little misters that I had never tried:TLC188 Fall Batik by flowergal36 at Splitcoaststampers
This card was my fall inspired card and today's give it a try for the CCEE challenge to make your own designer background paper!
After returning one last weekend from our mountain retreat and walking through the wet fallen leaves of reds and golds and browns, I am saying my last farewell to fall...sadly! But, I love this batik technique and it makes a cool background, don't you think! I won't tell you the mess I made when I sprayed my reinker the wrong direction...ugh...let's just say that ink has to be washed off a lot of things on my desk now!
Thanks CCEE gals, and thanks Flowergal and thanks for taking a look!

Okay, my friend, I just can't resist calling you a dork with an opening like *...the mess I made when I sprayed my reinker in the wrong direction..* This is one of the reasons you are an official member of the Traveling Dork Sisters!!! LOL! What a hoot you are, Miss Traci!
Seriously, this is so stunningly beautiful. Your batik technique perfectly captured the essence of the fall colors. I'm so glad you got to play in the CCEE challenge!

I just love this. You did a fantastic job. I really like the slider that you used. I am so glad you found inspiration from my card. I am lucky. The leaves are just starting to turn here in N. Carolina. I think our fall will last a little longer. Sending you warm hugs and sunny days. TFS
