Hi! This card was made for today's Limited Supply Challenge: Limited Supplies meets Technique Lovers.
We had to create a card using a technique that used Paper, Ink and Stamps! YIKES!
Speedy the Cat LOVES this set...He keeps dragging it out for my approval, and I finally decided to make this card today!
I used several techniques. One, was paper piecing. Another was stamping a background. One was tone on tone stamping. And finally, using a stamp as a background.
I stamped the image onto Very Vanilla and colored it in with markers. I punched it out and shaded the edges.
The basket was then stamped onto Very Vanilla and colored in with marker, and then water colored to get the "faded" look. I cut out the basket, and adhered it to the flowers with dimensionals.
The Always Artichoke scallop was stamped with the basket, tone on tone. This gave a slight texture to the scallop. The edges were sponged with Chocolate Chip.

Love this card! The colours are lovely. Even with a limited supply challenge, you manage to make your cards so well put together and finished looking. Speedy chose the stamps well!

All of your cards are so vibrant! You make me want to jump in and do a card, even when I don't have time. Thanks for all of your inspiration!
What markers do you prefer to use?
