Finding a way to frame a picture that fit with the theme and style of these pages was challenging. I cut a frame from dark brown card stock and taking dark colored stamp pads, I randomly dabbed dark splotches of purple, dark peacock blue, and cbrown ink over it. Then I sprinkled clear/white embossing powder and shook off the excess (the surface was essentially covered with embossing powder) and heated it. The final result feels like leather and has a shimmery surface like the decorative elements on the page. Simple to do, and a truly lovely effect.
Note: This frame was cut with a Creative Memories custom cutting system shape and the corners were trimmed with a Fiskars decorative corner punch.
