No, I didn't cheat! It took less than 45 minutes to create this card for the VSN watercolor challenge, but at least the double time I spent with some frustrating trials to take a photo or scan it...
Okay, please use your phantasy: the card is much more sparkling IRL, with a clear epoxy sticker with a golden frame and some glitter over the chinese seal, and a lot of purple glitter randomly glued onto the card.
The image is stamped with Black StazOn onto watercolor paper, then watercolored, and finally I colored the background with a very light watercolor wash with yellow, orange and red hues.
And then I tried to take a photo... LOL!

i bet it's even prettier in person! i hate when my photos wash out the colors and dont' show the sparkle. thanks for playing - and i hope your dh has a quick recovery.

WOW!!! I LOVE THAT!!!! I can't imagine making a card in 45 minutes - well not a nice one like that. I checked into the VSN, but didn't have the items and again didn't think I could do it in 45 min. I did take your advice however and made one card today. Thanks!!
