This is a copy of a swap that I received a convention. It was one of the make-n-takes that my customers made at my new catty open house. In the words of my friend Faithyc..this card makes me happy!

Very Nice! I have seen another similar card and cannot figure out how to get the lines that define the petals of the flower. Would you mind sharing how you get the effect, please?

Hi,
For the leaves, I just used the small oval punch and then folded them. Another really cute idea is to score a piece of card stock and put it diagonally through your crimper then punch the leaf out.

I just made this card last night at a SU! party!
The demo didn't have her flower petals cut and I was going to do that on mine but all the scissors were in use and I forgot by the time they were available.
The demo didn't have an oval punch so she had us fold a circle (I think it was 1 1/4") in half and then cut about 1/4" off the folded side. (I actually ran mine through the crimper before I cut mine.) We then put the two halves of the circle back together to form our leaf--some of the black showed in between the two pieces forming the vein.
