That's because DS, when he was much younger, used to amaze his friends by putting a bee on a string. (He usually let them go--unhurt.) So it reminded me of my son!
My card is not nearly as beautiful as Blondie's and I changed things to simplify and because I didn't own the same tools. My Hedgie is SU hedgie, and he is holding a balloon on the stamp. My lily pads are from Frogs and Flies--a very old SU set. I tore instead of cuttlebugging, stitching, and decorative edge scissors. I don't have any nesties, so I left that off and just put a sentiment instead. The colors, the clouds, and the landscape are mostly the same. The direction is flipped because my images were heading the other direction. Also I didn't even attempt to compare my coloring to Blondie's--I paper pieced and sponged instead.
