The tulip is a brass stencil. I used embossing paste then colored the tulip with chalks after the paste was dry. This is a fun technique but a little messy. The final image is raised which doesn't show well in the scan.

Oh, so pretty! I really have to get back to making some embossing paste cards. I love to watch Polly (of Polly's Pals) demo these at the Stamp Conventions. I especially like prisma glitter sprinkled on them while they're still wet. So dazzling, but then I LOVE glitter. TFS. Linda
