I'm learning to add movement to my card using masking. I had a bit of background with snowflakes that fitted, and other bits and pieces sort of came together. I'm pleased with the result.

Masking and Stamping Off combined for the penguin in motion- Basic Black dye ink on Whisper White cardstock; Real Red marker for bow ties
Reverse stamping- Basic Black Craft ink on large piece smooth rubber, then card stock applied to that image to get penguin going in opposite direction- cut and mounted on pop dots-
Stamp greeting from “So Many Scallops” in Bordering Blue classic ink. Cut with Scallop Circle punch, Layer on Real Red scallop circle.
Small and medium size red (“Fire”) circle rhinestones
Mounted on Real Red card stock and then on Whisper White base
