It's Thursday and time for another Ways to Use It Challenge. Carla here, as your hostess and I'm feeling like a kid in a candy store or better yet an ice cream parlor because It's National Chocolate Day!
Our main ingredients today are chocolate, cream, vanilla and sugar. You may want a cherry on top and to wrap it in some foil. Translation, limit your card ingredients to any combination of brown, white and/or cream with the option of red, gold and silver. Dessert will be served to those featuring dessert on your card. I'm thinking some yummy brownies should do it!
Can't wait to see your crafty work. When you're done, upload your card with the keyword WT591, and then come back and share a link here - that makes it easy for people to find your card.
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

Yup, yummy chocolate coffee makes my world go round! I'm sipping it now as I browse the gallery....

I'm hoping to play in this challenge today. I have to tutor this morning, then get the grandkids after lunch and take them swimming.

Fun challenge Carla - and as usual Linda has had to take a different twist on the theme! In all these years I never got ANY sweet treat stamps . . . but I did use Dark chocolate, carmel, vanilla and some traces of gold foil on my card - Here's my twist:
It's pretty bad when you have chocolate for breakfast because you are scrounging foil from the candy bars! Next week could you do something with spinach so I can do my green smoothie and stamping for breakfast ;).
a lot of fun to make those chocolate cards, I never heard of a national chocolate day in France but why not ,maybe I could suggest this to our president...
I started this card last night- it's fun to work in a little space, a big change for me- and with minimal fussy bits. I used SU's A Little Love for my tiny sundae, adding foil to my cardboard background, and finishing with a red tie on top! Here's little sundae

Carla this was a fantastic theme for our WT challenge today! It was either chocolate or coffee ... I picked coffee for the browns, ivories and tans with a splash of red. My picture looks like the coffee is red, it isn't, it is brown but it just didn't turn out that way in the picture.

Wow, I love all the marvelous cards in the gallery in those lovely chocolatey colors! And... I feel like I should apologize for all the calories from drooling over the delicious dessert cards :p
