Another week's gone by ... So excited to bring you this week's challenge ...
Faux Tile
You can use any method you'd like, but this is probably one of my favorite styles of the faux tile technique - even if it is a bit time consuming. I copied My Faux Tile Tutorial Linkon a tutorial I did last June on my blog, where I used a grid stencil, versamark and clear embossing powder. You can use ANY Faux Tile technique you'd like, however. There's a few out there. Don't forget to use a bit of pink in honor of October's Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Here's my sample for the Faux Tile challenge: So Thoughtful
Don't forget to use the keyword, WT345, when uploading your card so it shows up in the right gallery.
Please also take a look at Hannahand Toni'ssamples.

Lovely challenge, Collette. I didn't have a template, so I just cut my image into pieces and glued them onto another piece of CS. Hope that isn't cheating too much. Your example really looks like tile....mine, like cut up pieces! : )
ANY Tile technique is good ... I love them all so far.

After reading todays challenge I wanted to use the faux tiles technique. I could not add pink to this card as its for my Pastor's wife who father passed away this week. Hope you all understand. Great challenge!
here's my card... I had a hard time with this one because I wanted to try another new technique but it didn't work out the way I wanted to so I started over and this is what I came up with
I didn't get to do Thursday's challenge until Saturday. I remembered that the challenge was faux tiles, but I forgot about the pink. Here's my card (sans pink).
