Good morning everybody! I'm filling in for Julia today. Her mom is feeling a bit better, but could still use your thoughts and prayers. We're thinking about you, J!
Your challenge this week is ways to use the sanding blocks. If you don't have sanding blocks, how about sandpaper. Or even a nail file. Have fun and don't forget to put WT98 in your keywords!
Thanks so much everyone for all your prayers and support for my mom and my family. I trully appreciate them! We were very blessed to see an improvement in my mom on Sunday and after more treatment early in the week, she was able to go home yesterday. She is booked for more treatments in the upcoming months and I would value your continued prayers.
I am trying to make plans for a special WT100 challenge, two weeks from now. I hope that you will all be able to join us. There will be some fun prizes from Jacksonbelle, Stamping Bella and myself, so I know that you will want to play along.
Oh, much fun. I just uploaded a coaster box last night that I used emery boards on. I used my sanding blocks all the time to clean off the edges of my white & vanilla card stock after cutting with my Fiskars cutter -bleh! But they have other good uses. Thanks for filling in, Michelle.
Oh, by the way, you may want to note that Julia's 2nd card sample can only be view by fan club members .
OK, Trudee, fes up - there is no way even you could have done this card that fast - it's too detailed and phenomenal!!! Insider trading? That's ok, 'cause it's so fabulous, we needed to see it asap! LOL

I bought some of those sanding blocks just before the last VSN. Hmmmm, maybe I need to put them to good use instead of collecting dust. Will have to wait until after work though.
I'll spill...Trudee was the one who liked the sandpaper idea...I was running through a couple ideas with a couple friends because they've been helping me out with the challenge while my mom has been sick. I get by with a little help from my friends! Thanks everyone for all the support...I'm off to visit my mom now.
Location: Oklahoma...State (OSU) We love 'em even when they lose, and we're never disappointed!

Continued prayers for your mom Julia!
Great challenge....I still have my upline's sanding block (although I nearly trashed it making coaster boxes) so I'll try to think of something today. Thanks Michele and Julia!
I was trying to do something a little masculine with this, not sure I like it. May do another today. All the chipboard pieces and designer paper are sanded
with a file. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I have a ton of these sanding blocks (I get them in bulk when we order them for work- I do nails. Though, they're called Block Buffers in the nail industry). I may have to break 'em out and see what I can come up with. Thanks for the challenge!
