We're coming to the end of July, and my challenge for you today is to create get well cards - always something to have one or two tucked away in your stash. As this has been a busy year, I was down to zero. My theme is inspired by the fact that in 1921, at the University of Toronto, Canadian scientists Frederick Banting and Charles Best successfully isolated insulin—a hormone they believed could prevent diabetes—for the first time. Within a year, the first human sufferers of diabetes were receiving insulin treatments, and countless lives were saved from what was previously a fatal disease.
After creating your get well card/project upload it with the keyword WT959, and then come back and share a link here - that makes it easy for people to find your card in case of typos or gallery glitches.
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how: 1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread 2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link. 3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on) 4. Click EDIT. Click COPY 5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Thank you to the team for their great samples. This is Toni's last challenge as part of the team - I will miss her great CAS style. Thank you for all your years of hosting.
