It's Sabrina here as your hostess this week as we near the end of April. It seemed to me like quite a long time since we had a song-themed challenge, so here we go. Any song, your choice. If you want to get ahead with Christmas cards, choose a carol. I made a mash-up of Yellow Submarine and Octopus's Garden, but since I badly need to catch up on Christmas cards I also made a set of four which could be either Silent Night or O Little Town of Bethlehem.
Make sure to share with us the song that inspired you - we'll all be singing along with the gallery today.
Upload your song-inspired card with with the keyword WT894, and then it's strongly advised come back and share a link here in case of typos or gallery issues.
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how: 1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread 2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link. 3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on) 4. Click EDIT. Click COPY 5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
As always, thanks to the team for their wonderful creative samples, getting your day going with song.
I'll try to get back later and fill in more fields in my cards. It's been one of those busy weeks, and it's not over yet. Supplies were listed in my write-ups.
This was quickly done, I needed a birthday card for a biker and thought about the song" Harley Davidson" here's my card for your fun challenge: Harley Davidson
Awesome challenge, Sabrina! I went to Youtube to listen to Leona Lewis while I was typing my post.....she is so awesome! Anyhoo.....here is the front and inside views of my 'Lovebirds' gatefold:

God demonstrated His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us ... being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. Romans 5:8 & 9
This is always a fun theme, Sabrina. Here's my card.
We had a guy aerate our lawn yesterday and he managed to cut the fiber optics wire, so I have no internet at home. (they aren't coming to repair it until late Saturday). I've come to the public library to get some work done and post this. I'll leave comments in the gallery later this week when I can get online at home.
When my sister was very young, she and I would sing the Carpenter's song together while I played the piano (she is 58 tomorrow!). As a music teacher, my choirs would sing it for concerts:
How fun- I used a song that I herd over and over thru my High School years- Celebrate by Cool and the Gang! I used an image for a great celebration- out GS will be 3 in a couple of weeks and we will be celebrating!!!
Sabrina, thanks for the great challenge, I did quite a bit of thinking because of my bird image that I wanted to use. What we learn from these challenges! wow.. One of the Beatles had a song called blue bird but I stayed with the one I liked the lyrics to.. Miranda Lambert says she keeps a bluebird in her heart.
