I was totally inspired by the stamp momma's acetate card...and I combined this with today's stalker sketch challenge to come up with (I know, such an original name...) my painted acetate card. Thanks Julia (and stamp momma and Kathy) for such fun challenges!

This sounds fun. I've never used paint on a card before. But I have a whole bin of acrylic paints from another craft era :rolleyes:. I woke up with a migraine this morning, but I think the meds are finally kicking in. I'm gonna take a hot shower and then I'll play. Thanks, Julia.
I don't have any cards that I have used paint on, and I don't have any paint in the house today that would be good to make cards with, but I thought that I would share somethings that I have made this year for myself, and friends and family using paint.
The first is a journal I made for myself, somewhere I could put my crafting ideas, and inspiration "a" Journal
Second are some other crafty things I have made
I won't upload them to the gallery, as they are not cards, or even paper craft related, I will just attach them to this post. I hope you like them.

Well my little card is finally done. I try not to look at the other cards until I'm finished with mine so I don't subconsciously copy someone. I probably should have this time. My card does fill the challenge but I did rosemaling as my main element. More painting then was necessary.... This is my first week of all these challenges so I guess I'll live and hopefully learn !! HA HA

What a fun challenge - I'm suppose to be cleaning my house for the Crop I have here tomorrow - well I can play now and clean between Midnight and 2:00 AM - yep! That's what I'll do........

What a great challenge! Last night I was fooling around with my Lumiere paints making stamped backgrounds and I have some on my desk right now! How lucky is that. I'll see what I can make from them.
Ok here's the story... I havent' done a challenge in months, but I saw another card that wdas just gorgeous that was for todays challenge. I wish I could remember who she was. I favorited her card. I had no plans of posting or even doing a challenge, but the lady with the beautiful card inspired me! Thanks for the inspiration and the great challenge! I'll have to go back to my favs. and find out who she is!
I LOVED this challenge! It has been so long since I've gotten out my paints. Thanks for the great challenge, and letting my creativity flow through the use of paints! TFL!!!!
