Julia, thanks for such an awesome idea for a challenge!! I love looking for inspiration in unexpected places!!
Here is my card based on a Coldwater Creek catelog cover. I posted the link in my upload as I found that easier to use myself when looking at everyone elses' cards.
Julia, I've been trying real hard to stay off this computer and do more stamping and you give me a challenge like this. Of course, I would pick now to get back into the challenges. Considering what I created today, maybe I should just stay on the computer and admire everyone's creative minds. However, I did give this challenge a try and here is what I came up with. This was a fun challenge, Julia. Here's my try at a SweetMissDaisy technique. Check out her wonderful blog. Here's a link to her card designs. Anna's Designs
Here's a link to her blog home page. Sassy & Sweet Thanks for the inspiration, Anna!

This was a lot of fun. I'm not thrilled with my card but plan to play more later if I get a chance. Thanks for the challenge Julia.
This was a lot of fun! I put my membership to Technique Junkie to good use today! I hope you like it...Grided Wishes...I used a technique called colored reverse grid, really simple to do, but lovely results!
I used a layout from pagemaps for this one. I've been meaning to make one of their cool round layouts, but I was all out of coasters!! So I went with a square layout and used the new Au Chocolat paper.
This was more of a challenge for me because I do not go to other websites very much - spend way to much time on SCS. Thanks to someone previously who used docrafts. I needed a wedding card, so this was an inspiration.
I clicked submit too soon - Julia, thank you so much for issuing these weekly challenges. I have not been doing them for long, but I am certainly finding that the challenges have helped me to do better work - still nothing like that of so many great artists here, but it is something that brings personal satisfaction. And another big thank you to everyone who share work and ideas - I have benefitted from so many of you.
At first I did't think I would do this challenge because I was going to have to think too much. While I was watching Suvivor 14 tonight I was INSPIRED! Here is my card Gallery at Splitcoaststampers. Thank you for this great challenge.
Location: My very hot stamp room, in Phoenix! It's a dry heat.

Here is another from me. I forgot to put the web page link in the description, went back and edited to add it, but it won't show up for some silly reason. Anyway, the inspiration is:
How great is this Julia??? I love this for 2 reasons, one I get to try some things that have been floating around my brain for awhile but needed that extra push to do and secondly because I am finding lots of gret new websites!!
I did 3 last night and may get to more later. watercolor resist
I just had to try another project, I really needed a sympathy card for a sad situation and found something I could use as inspiration on the web. Thanks again Julia.

Here is another one that I made. I went searching on the web to find a jean pants card and came across this one. DD is going to a good friend's 13th birthday party and she wanted to give her a jeans card that was "cool".
