Thursday Challenge - Ways to Use It Challenge - WT02
Well I'm up bright and early so I might as well post this. This week's challenge is to use glitter on your card(s). I've been up a lot with a fevered two year old and a sinus cold, so I could really use some SPARKLE! You can use heat and stick powder, two-way glue or how ever else you can think of to get it on there.
Here is a sample of a card I made earlier in the week withn glitter on it:
I'm cheating, I uploaded this one this weekend and made it this winter...but this is the first time playing in any of the callanges and will post another later 2night....
I hope it's OK with everyone. I am putting this card in with the glitter challenge. Technically it's a glitter embossing powder but it really gives a glitter look, especially in person.
I finally got a chance to play this week and have created two cards that fit into this challenge. They both also work with the new color challenge and one also works with the sketch challenge.
Here is another glitter card i made last night. It is very simple but it highlights the glitter and it is more effective in person. Also I think it is a good card to show what you can do with very little ink and supplies.
I just uploaded so it may take a little while to get approved.
Here's my 2nd try on the glitter challenge. I love using glitter. First time I have used vellum and glitter. Just up loaded so still is in pending. Diane Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
