VSBN Rules and FAQ's
Rules for VSBN:
-Participants do not need to sign up to participate in VSBN. They just need to show up to the VSBN forum area and join in the challenges!
-Participants do not need to complete all of the challenges to play.
-There are no vendor restrictions! You can use products made by any company, this is not just a "Stampin� Up" event!
Playing:
-Each player must complete their challenge within 2 hours; this is on the honor system so please play fair!
-No double-duty entries are allowed in VSBN. This means you cannot combine 2 or more challenges into one entry.
-Only one entry per person allowed per challenge.
-If you are unable to complete a challenge while VSBN is happening, you are welcome to complete it after VSBN is over� just don�t spend longer than the 2 hour time limit on the challenge. Again, this all operates on an honor system, so challenge yourself and set a timer.
-Any size Scrapbook page is allowed!
-Entries can be one page or double page spreads. Unless specified in the challenge.
-At this time we ARE allowing digital pages to be entered for challenges. Please make sure to put in ALL the credits in your upload for your page!
Uploading:
-All entries MUST have "APR07VSBN (and then a letter code)" as the keywords. This is how the judges will find all of the entries for their challenge. EXAMPLE: "APR07VSBNA" or "APR07VSBNJ." Please use all caps and NO spaces when entering your VSBN code into keywords. Each hostess will have a letter attached to her challenge, that is the letter you need to enter after the �APR07VSBN�
-All entries must be uploaded with the appropriate keyword listed by each hostess for her challenge.
Prizes:
-Even though we all LOVE prizes and WINNING; the most important thing to remember is that for every challenge you complete you have won a little battle of the HUGE war we all know as the NEVERENDING pile of photos to be scrapped!
-Each hostess will select a minimum of 1 but no more than 3) winners for their challenge.
-Hostesses will have from the end of the upload deadline till the Wednesday afterwards to vote for winners of their challenge. Hostesses will then notify the coordinators of their selections via email.
-The coordinators will then get the list ready to be announced and pm the list with the winning entries to Jenn Balcer to be put into the VSBN Winners Gallery.
-Please know that the judging is the HARDEST part of VSBN! The hostesses will each use their challenge requirements to judge the winners.
-The winners will be announced by the Coordinator(s) for that VSBN.
-Hostesses are not eligible for their round but may participate in all other rounds and be eligible to win.
-Coordinator(s) are not eligible to win any challenges.
