Me too, then when he does want to take pictures of me - I say things like, "my hair is a mess'...or I want to see each photo and instruct him on how to shoot 'beauty shots'...poor man...
This will be a great weekend, I'm sure. Leaving a legacy in pictures is such a precious way to spend our time.
But if we're doing a book about ourselves, a few "real life" shots aren't the worst thing in the world.

I know and hubby will be home all weekend, I am sure I will do more chatting then scrapping, but those are the breaks!!! Plus we have Jimmy Buffet Sat night, so won't be doing much that day, except catching up in the morning

There are a lot of new faces....even mine (kinda) ;) I do remember you from awhile back.....I was a newbie at the time and didn't tend to chat much cuz I was always scrambling to meet the challenges ;)

Hi, Trish and everyone. Hoping I get to play. DH has had a medical emergency in the midst of an otherwise insanely busy week. ;( Sounds like a lot of fun. Hopefully I can squeeze out some time to play. The schedule seems very reasonable!
Excited for tomorrow. I can play all day and then will have to play catch up during the week for Sat and Sun as I don't think they will let me scrap at work! Hey I could call it an activity for the patients.........lol

good morning! not sure if I will get any scrapping done this weekend..hoping that I can at least get some organizing/cleaning done.
although dh is thinking he has a stomach virus so I may not have help with Xander. so we will see.
Good Morning! Just checked to see what the time schedule was for VSBN and found out it starts in about 2 hours! Wow! Gotta get my cleaning done fast then I might be able to play some today! Dining room shoe molding was just installed this morning so I'm sweeping and Murphy Oil Cleaning the Hardwood floor now! Am clearing off dining room table to a "hidden" location and putting furniture back in and it's ready to go then on to the next room! Poor landscapers are outside working in the drizzling rain and making tons of mud on my drive! Oh well. It'll look gorgeous for tomorrow's party! BBL!
Got my pix and supplies and ready to go! I usually just post my pix on the SC gallery but if someone can tell me how to link them here or wherever we'll be chatting, I'd love to do that. What time do we start????

Oh wow, I just found the time for our start! It's earlier than I realized. I'll probably be late starting since I'm having lunch with my hubby then we have to pick up our "good car" from the shop after they finish fixing the air conditioner on it! (Even though we had that added expense, I was bad and just ordered some Shimmerz paints! It's Julia S.'s fault-she enabled me!!!) ha,ha. Looking forward to the fun with all of you!

I have some of the new SU! Shimmer Paint! I hope to get to play with it this weekend. I have a whole box of new SU! goodies, including TWO Big Shot alphabet sets!

This is a great shot in the arm to me. I started a "me" album in 2006, did some pages and put it away. Time to drag it out and use some of the great ideas in the challenges. Thanks, hostesses!
