Welcome aboard my fellow scrappers. I hope you enjoy your cruise to paradise. I have never been on a cruise before so I'm very excited. Now, I know it's hurricane season so we may experience some choppy seas ahead but rest assured, I have the perfect solution to see us though it...we're gonna ROCK and ROLL with the waves... For this challenge, I want you to grab some stamps and some ink, along with you're imagination, and create a page using the rock and roll technique. You can find a tutorial on SCS-----> HERE. If you've never done this before, give it a try, it's really fun. For my sample, I did this technique on the flowers going down the right hand side. The colors I wanted to use showed up to close to the same so I used versamark and then rolled the edges on the blue bayou.
Now off you go to the promenade deck for some scrappin fun!

And just an FYI, we are having thunderstorms so if I should disappear, that's why....shouldn't happen now that I have a laptop but you never know...hehehe

I don't know but it seems like every day for over a week now we've had thunderstorms come though....
oh seasick...hmmm....make sure you bring a bucket, don't want anyone going overboard...;)
Well, I hope y'all are off scrappin. I have a page I want to work on but having trouble deciding what I want to do...
I've been ona bit of a roll the last few days and want to keep it going...
Ok--now I am ready to start--had to get a drink and stretch and such--you guys are hard core---I seem to always start a little late--I guess I'm used to the idea of a "passing period" and since its summer it seems to drag on for 20-25 minutes or so So-Donna rain huh! Hmmmm-I have been looking for rain, I keep takining my umbrella, but alas--no rain yet--maybe--how does the weather look for next week there?

Oh how fun. Weather.com only goes 10 days out but on the 5th thru the 7th...rain...bummm and all the temps are in the mid to high 80's...will most likely feel mid to high 90's with the humidity though...ugh
hehehe... I used to have to miss all the games...not any more. My mom bought this thing called a slingbox. I'm actaully watching her tv in MA on my laptop...never have to miss any games again..Sox, Pats, Celts or Bruins...well, unless they play on the same ngiht...hehehe
I've never heard of a slingbox but it sounds cool! Over here we don't get very many channels and the shows are usually reruns.
I never had either until she got it. They sell it at Circuit City. She can put it on as many laptops as she wants but we allcan only watch one thing at a time. My mom gotit so when she comes here for a visit, she doesn't miss her games either...
Location: between diaper blow-outs and baby dolls...the happiest place on earth! ;)

That's right! I applied for a job and am waiting until the closing date. I really hope I get it but am optimistic just in case. I'm sure I'll find something. I miss working but maybe for now I'm supposed to be a SAHM.
