Well, I just got home a while ago, so I started with this challenge as it was the newest one at that time! A great challenge Mary Pat. After watching the tea stain demo, I decided to go with the lime and cranberry! The most difficult thing was finding a sketch I wanted to use for these pictures! LOL! This LO isn't finished, I will make the other page another time, and add the rest of the captions. I needed to find more pictures of my DH.
Here is my page- Since the challegne was to use black & White photos I choose to do a page of my husbands family. Not sure where or when they were taken which is so sad. I wish they had done more documenting. My inlaws are both gone so I am hoping to talk to my Mother inlaws brother to ask the where and when.
1) Put on a movie/tv show/music, something to distract your Monkey Brain so you can relax and focus on your scrapbooking!- I watch Despicable Me
2) Your page must contain at least 1 black & white photo
3) You should pick one of the following to use on your page: a tea stained item,
my sketch came from pagemaps.com
I used the Feb 2011 by Christine Ousley.
This was really fun...Thanks for the challenge

My One Little Word for 2019 - Complete
Here's my take on the challenge. I'm doing up some scrapbook pages to remember some of the recipes my mom has done.....
So, thinking of tea, I thought scones were a natural fit. And so that's the recipe I used. The B&W picture is a photo of the recipe as my mom wrote it down (it's very well used, with lots of stains ) I went with "tea stains" (really more splatters), with the cranberry lime colour combo. The sketch challenge I used was SC209 (really a card sketch challenge, but it worked here), found here:Sketch Challenge 209 by Rox71 at Splitcoaststampers
Here is my go at this challenge. My movie was Lord Of The Rings because I have seen it many times. I am glad I went out of my comfort zone and used lime green. Definately not smoething I do alot as well as using patterned paper. I borrowed a page idea from April Dawn. I love her work and have favourited many of her pages. Thanks for this challenge. I enjoyed it.
