HEHEHE....i'm a sneaky girl! I was uploading a page for a different challenge, and then I suddenly saw the VSBNI challenge sample in the gallery, and I was like "what??? it's not time for that yet!!!".....and I check it out and knew it had to be a challenge for a certain season......then I came over here and this was JUST posted! woohoo!!! hehe.
GREAT challenge, by the way! thanks!

I'm glad you all like it. I really enjoyed making that page of me and my DH and of course using my wheels with the wheel guide. Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.
Well...I don't know if I'm a "newby" or not...but I've been gone?! This is a neat challenge Laura!! I always seem to fail to take pics of my favorite season which is Fall!! I will have to look to see if I have any photos or not! If not, I may have to do something else!! BB!

Laura, I have a question....does the background paper stamping have to be the ENTIRE background? Can we stamp sections of the background? Also, I was trying to figure out if I could stamp just part of it (for example, stamp on a 12 inch by 4 inch strip across the paper, and then the rest of the background would be solid color). Does that make sense? Thanks for your help!

I'm confused about the photo requirement. My favorite season would be summer, but I don't have any scenic photos. I don't usually take scenic photos of summer. And I'm not really sure if scenic is what you're actually looking for. Summer to me is the pool (Which I just did so that's out) or other beach type activites. I'm stumped.
Betsy - You don't have to use stamps on your page. It can be anything you want to do (stickers/paper) as long as it has the words Winter/Spring/Summer/Fall or Autumn on it and have some journaling of why you like that season the best.
Amy - I know you can only win once for the prizes out of the 10 challenges so I don't know if you want to combine the challenges or not. I will PM Kimmie to find out and let you know.
Amy here is your answer about combining challenges quoted from Kimmie: "They can combine challenges for fun if they like, but they can only upload it with one challenge keyword, so it can only count for one! Does that make sense??"
Ooooohhhhhhh, ladies! I finally had a moment to look at the challenges! They are absolutely magical!:cool:  I so wish there was time in my day today to play.:( But I know that I will be printing them and keeping them to use in the future as things settle down a bit. What a great event - it looks like soooooooooooooooooooooooo mmuuuuuuuuuccccccchhhhhh fuuuunnnnn. I wish I could play, but then I go to the next room and drool over adorable, sleeping baby, and almost forget about you all! (ALMOST, but then I remember that Noah's needs his cyber aunties!!)

I've been holding on to these pics for more than a year, wanting to do the perfect layout. This was the push I needed to just get them done! In case you can't tell the small photo on the bottom of the second page is 2 pigs frolicking!
This one took me almost the entire 2 hours. But hubby got back from riding, so I had to socialize with him. He's napping now. Here's my contribution to this challenge - thanks Laura it was a good one. I hope you all notice I did two bakground papers for this one too. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Alrighty! I think this may be the very first scrapbook page for ME! Not for my children. I had so much fun picking out this photo. I used to take pictures of other things besides babies and this has inspired me to take some more. There are so many beautiful things around that I overlook because I'm so fixated on capturing the every move of my kiddos.
This is going in my CM fridge frame so I can look at it every day! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
The versatility of stamps. Vicki and I had the same season, used the same stamp set and both used the SU journaling CD but ended up with TOTALLY different looks to our pages!

Sorry guys I can't look at the layouts because the triplets are giving me a bit of a problem because it is dinner time. Will look later I promise. Thanks all who participated so far.
Okay, I changed my mind because it looks like I'm up to date on scrapping all my summery photos! So I have a zillion Easter pics and will do a Spring layout with them. What fun!
Ok I have mine done. It took me about an hour. The longest part was choosing the pics.
I am running so behind today. It is 5:30 here and I thought I would be caught up, but I am still 1/2 hr behind. I think I am hitting a wall. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
