Hi, guys. I wanna play. just getting up. went to bed at 5:00 am. No, I didn't go out either. I was the only one up/home, I cleaned my scrap room, uploaded pages etc. So late start.
Isn't that wonderful time Tam?! I only made it to 3 a.m. I love to scrap/stamp when my house is silent ;) I really need to get busy and do some organizing my scrap room....maybe tomorrow, I'll be home by myself all day!

Here is my challenge #2 page. It has nothing to do with playing as I don't have any play pictures yet but I used buttons
I didn't include it in the challenge #2 gallery since I thought it might look odd with a bunch of playing pages!! LOL

Lunch done, "sink all shined", chores finished, Dh gone to work... I'm back now! And I had to laugh when I saw challenge #2, because it fit so well with my challenge #1 page I was working on... So now my LO#1 became my LO#2 and now I am back to square one with LO#1!
SAD.... I know.... ;).... Hope my year gets better!

I need to go switch my laundry and get some dinner put together! Good Idea! I did load the dishwasher earlier...step in the right direction. I finished up cards and now .... scrappin'!

In scrapbooking fashion I had to make my own reminder!
I've been lazy today, still in my jammies and even took a nap. dinner is done so I hope to eat and get downstairs to my scrap room. I've got 1 border swap done, 6 more to go. ugh, why do I wait till the last minute. Ok, I'll be back later to at least chat.
OK. That nap with DGS just turned into a nap for me. I don't think he napped at all. These all look like interesting challenges and quite a few pages already done and posted. Good job ladies! OK. Off to see what I can come up with to help reach that goal for January!
You know the saying, "Something Old (challenge #3), Something New (challenge #2), Something Borrowed ... Something Blue "(challenge #1) Well, it's time to "Borrow" a Challenge. I'm not sure if you were here or not but they had an Impromptu NYE Card Challenge. One of the challenges by Faith (Markie's Mom) was to create a card inspired from one of the Bowl Game names! What a GREAT Idea! So we're going to "borrow" her idea. Her post is HERE. She lists all of the Bowl Game Names to choose from.

Very cute...great for me because I STILL haven't scrapped last year's Citrus Bowl Parade pictures :-) I had them printed out for another challenge that I never got too so how can I NOT do them here! We missed this year's parade but next year I think we will volunteer to put the citrus on the float; a friend of mine does it and has soooo much fun!
Wow! I never take a nap but I just passed out. So sad I can't stay up like the old days. Anyhoo. Working on challenge now.

Well... I think my scrapping time for the day has ended. I need to get some stuff done... I decided to combine the first two challenges together and then I thought it only made sense to combine the last two also. So here is my next and last page for the evening....
Thanks Lela for running an awesome New Year's Day Mini! I only managed to get two pages done today between tending to the little guy and he has worn me out! But I plan on coming back tomorrow for more!!

Here's my Blue Moon Page. The blue is much more vivid than I would have liked but I couldn't figure out how to soften it since it was the gradient layer.
I've been wanting to do this layout for a while cause I believe that in later years, DGS will get a chuckle out of the second part of his nighttime prayer..especially the bank robber part!
