Welcome to February and our Candy Hearts Kind of Love VSBN!
If you don't have a box of Candy Hearts you may need one for inspiration,
Since it is VSN Mini-Challenge Night and the Theme is "Weather or Not" it went along with our Candy Hearts Inspiration Challenges since we all know you can't eat a box without sharing another box with a friend or sharing your own box. So let's share the theme
For our Candy Hearts Challenge #02 we go to 2006 for our Candy Heart Inspiration. In 2006, weather was popular for the little candy heart sayings and we find the words In A Fog, Chill Out, Heat Wave, and Cloud Nine.
It's time to get your scrappy thinking caps on and complete a page or pages which reflect "weather". It's your chance to pull out the beach photos, use picts of kids playing in the snow or what about the chance you had for a Fall Walk. This is all about weather so you could use a "weather" title and scrap pictures of family playing in the rain! I can't see what you come up with

This challenge should be an easy one since I think almost everyone has had some weather related incidents the past month
HI! I can't believe I missed the first one altogether. DH needed me to type up a business letter for Unemployment and almost 3 hours later, I'm finally done with it. Of course he waits until the last minute to do it and the deadline for submitting it is Monday!
Now I can play...I'm gonna go back quick to see what I missed....

LOL! That never ever fails at my house. Someone always needs something when I have something else planned. My DH said to me, "we should go shopping tomorrow" ... of course, the only day I have VSBN for this Jan-March and he wants to go on that day. I said we could go in the morning because I do appreciate he's trying to help me ....

I found the perfect weather picture for this challenge. And I'm going to combine it with the February Scraplift Challenge although Wendy's page is so much prettier than mine will be. I've got the majority of my digi page done just need to look for an icicle for my title and I think it's in the hard drive in my safe so since it's really late and I need to get the boy into bed so he's not too much of a crank tomorrow, I'm heading for bed...good night!

I was bummed when they were on the same weekend when there are several of us that may want to do both but ... it's all good. You can't be bummed about Inspiration!

What a fun challenge! This is my first time participating in VSN. I'm so glad I came to check it out! I put together a digital scrapbooking page titled Snow .
I also completed number 2. I live in Atlanta, and yes we just recently had an ice storm but I do not have any photos from that yet. So I decided to take a different route. Thanks for looking.

I am really bummed... I have perfect photos for this challenge and a perfect idea for a layout, but no idea how to get photo on layout, being that photos where forgotten and are home on my desk!

Can you do the page without the photos? A lot of people do the pages, and photo it, then put the photos on. Is that a possibility?

Here is my page for this challenge... It doesn't look like much without the photos, it really is meant to be a winter scene. Below you will find one of the awesome photos that will go on my page.
