Here's a short version of the journaling (that's too small to read on screen).
In 1993 I was a grad student/assistant at one univ and an instructor at another and expecting our first child. While running a math help lesson late one night I looked up to see dh in the hallway with an orange pop - something that always sounded good to me when I was pregnant.
Ffwd to last Feb. My dad had died Valentine's Day 2012 and I was dreading the day in 2013. I taught that morning, and when I was finished I walked into the faculty room, and there sat dh with an orange pop. He took me to lunch and we had a nice afternoon together.
Gotta love that man.
