Has anyone ordered from this site before? I placed an order with them on 12/31/16 and have not received my order as yet. I have emailed customer service twice and they did respond back to me and stated the order went out both times. The last time I emailed them was on 2/1 and they indicated it went out that day. Well......still no order has been received. I just emailed them requesting a tracking number and/or a refund. Very irritated and feel that they are stringing me along. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this with this company before.
Update...so I receive an email back today stating that my order was sent on Feb 1st First Class mail. Interesting?? You would think that if you have an upset customer you would send priority mail and/or provide a tracking number. I just hope it has been sent. I will let you know if I receive.
I ordered 3 personalized stamps from them a few years ago and never got them. I also had no communication from them via the emails I sent. After about 45 days I filed a dispute with my credit card company and got my money back. I will never shop there again.

Sorry to hear that Amber. I certainly hope they make good on what they are telling me. However, I seriously doubt I will ever purchase there again. So disappointed.
Update.... I did receive the order today in the mail. The stamps actually do look great and everything was accounted for that I ordered. However, because of the poor service I will not be ordering from them again. I sure hope they can get their act together.
