Default Crystal Effect substitute?

Does any one know of a comparible adhesive to Crystal Effect? I want to just jump in my car and get it since I hear that it is so good but I don't want to ORDER it.

I WANT IT NOW!!!!!!!! (so I can have it in 3 weeks when I finally start my project)

Ranger's Glossy Accents or Decoart's Triple Thick Gloss Glaze will do the same job and should be available retail.

HTH!

Diamond Glaze and Glastique are the same sort of thing as well.

I am going to throw a follow up question if it's ok. Which one does not yellow? I am having problems with Diamond Glaze yellowing. Then I saw on the FAQ's Diamond Glaze can yellow. I was so happy to see this thread since I am looking for a replacement.

I've never had a problem with Glossy Accents yellowing. I've only recently got hold of the Triple Thick so I can't say for sure on that one if it's something that happens over time but no immediate problem there, either.

Andrea, I meant to say before - if it's your first time using this stuff and you're applying it reasonably thickly to make an area raised and glossy you need patience! Don't be tempted to poke it to see if it's dry because it almost certainly won't be and you'll end up having the start the piece again! It needs to look completely clear with not even a hint of milkiness before you can be confident it's dry.

Angelnorth- Thank you for the quick reply. I never had a problem with yellowing either until this Summer. We had a long hot dry Summer and a few of my craft items did weird things due to the weather. I don't know if it's weather related or age related. My Diamond Glaze is old. I am still open to other glazing options that don't yellow.
