I've been looking for a stamping platform for a while and can't find one. Can anyone tell me if they are going to make more, or where I can find one? Thanks.
Due to the court case between my Sweet Petunia and Tonic/Tim Holtz, the TH stamping platform was withdrawn from sale in the US. It is still available in the rest of the world. I believe stores in the US were allowed to sell stock they already had. I guess you can only search for any still available, otherwise your only option will be to buy from abroad, although shipping costs could make that not viable.
Simon Says Stamp still has the Tim Holtz travel platform. Funkie junkie Boutique has the larger one. (Found in a google search.) There are probably a few others. Or you can purchase from the UK. Sometimes shipping isn't bad at all, just takes some looking. I can try to find the UK shops I've purchased from if you end up going that route and don't see any.
I should also have mentioned that for most use, the Travel size is plenty big enough. The base is 6.5 inches square, so will be big enough for most stamps. Just in case thats all you can find. You can also message me if you want potential buying places in the Uk, as that's where I am. Hugs.
Right after the court case was announced and the platforms were pulled from the market I actually found one at a Tuesday Morning. If you have that store anywhere near you it’s worth a look. Their stuff is marked down plus you would save on shipping.

Retailers were allowed to keep selling their stock, so a few still have them. Around here platforms disappeared from Tuesday Mornings (there are a bunch) faster than I could say platform. A search showed that was maybe the end of 2018? Yikes, time flies.
Good point from Shaz - the travel platform should be fine for just about any card stamping, since the base is flat on two sides.
I also seem to recall there were some quality issues even before the court case. I have a TH platform and I was never able to get as good of an impression with it as when using my MISTI.

Yes, some in an early batch didn’t give a good impression and Tonic replaced them if contacted. Some threads from back then mentioned that too. I forgot about that.

I just saw a couple on Ebay from the UK for not terrible prices. There was a domestic one for 100 which of course is ridiculous. I saw the travel on AZ for 99-also ridiculous.
If you cannot find a TH Platform check out the Stampin' Up! Stamparatus. It has moveable plates and gives you four surfaces to mount stamps. I love mine. The current price is $49.
