I just ordered a Cricut Expression machine and would LOVE to hear some opinions from other Cricut owners. What is your favorite cartridge and why? Any links to cards in the gallery that you've made with these cartridges would be awesome! Thanks for sharing!!!
My fave is the paper pups but I love dogs and have a dog. I find my George cartridge to be the one I use the most since it has the alphabet and so many shapes and things to do with it. I seen where "A walk in my garden" was the most popular on a survey so I want that next when I do save enough money to buy another cartridge.

It's so hard to choose, but my Doodlecharms offers a lot of versatility. I can always find something on there to use for any occassion. Paper Dolls also offers a lot of images! I haven't made a single paper doll, but I've been using that cartridge frequently.
I am now changing my favorite cartridge to Christmas Cheer. I've had so much fun making Christmas cards with it using the snow globe and deer. I can't wait to start on my Christmas scrapbook. Enjoy......

I don't have very many yet, but I have been using my Animal Kingdom cartridge a lot lately. I want more alphabet styles though, so that is what I have on my wish list!

bumping - wanted to see if there are any "new" favorites out there or if people are tending to stick to the tried and true. For me, I use Plantin Schoolbook the most for shapes, and I like the fonts in Opposites Attract.
Don't mean to hijack this thread but wanted to know the best site for viewing the images on a cartridge. Saw this somewhere and forgot to bookmark the site.

I didn't see the site you're referring to, but I usually just go to the cricut website. The only thing I don't like is having to scroll through pictures of the packaging and cartridge itself before getting to the images.
I like Opposites Attract, Doodlecharms, and Doodletype. With OA, you can join the script letters and make the individual letters look like one script word. I like that look a lot.
That is a tough question! My top 5 (not in order) are Doodlecharms, Accent Essentials, Storybook (gorgeous stuff in there), Zoobaloo (cute animals and font) and Mini Monograms. However, if I am working on specifics like Christmas, holidays, baby pages, ect. then I reach for a cartridge that is specific for that theme. HTH!!! A better question for me to answer might be which one have a bought that I do not use at all. That would be Stamped and Printing Press.
I know this was answered somewhere in the forums, but I can't find it. I am a new owner of cricut and only have 2 cartridges so far. I was wondering if one of the cartridges has something like SU's top note? I see so many cute things done with that shape and am dying to try some of my own ideas.

I'm pretty sure Accent Essentials has something like it.

Thanks for the site. Yes, this is the info I was looking for. It's hard to decide if you will use a cartridge often enough to purchase it without being able to see ALL the images it has to offer. (i.e. Life is a Beach had way more than was shown on the box. Used it in a class and 'had to have it' after looking through the manual.)
I absolutely adore my Mini Monograms cartridge. I am a scallop junkie. Love George and Basic Shapes. Hello Kitty is a must have for me. I have 37 cartridges so I am looking through them to see what I use the most. Other favorites: Indie Art, Life Is A Beach, Tinkerbell and Friends. I love anything with fairies.
I frequently use the 2 cartridges that came with the Expression ~ Plantin Schoolbook and Accent Essentials. I don't have a huge collection to choose from, though, but I do use those 2 a lot!

Looking through this thread again to help decide what I want to add to my Christmas list. ;) I want the Doodlecharms and Storybook cartridges. I was hoping to see some cards someone has made with the Paperdolls cartridge or do you use that mainly for scrapbooking?
